How soon must I cancel my appoinment?

You must cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment date and time. Please keep in mind our cleaners will prepare for your home or office cleaning with cleaning essentials in advance for your home or office cleaning. Please provide us with an adequate cancellation time frame to avoid scheduling conflicts. It's only fair to give our cleaners advance notice to avoid unnecessary travel expenses and preparation time for cleaning. There will be a $75 cancellation fee for cancellations that are not called promptly.

Should I provide cleaning products {materials or equiptment} ?

It is not necessary for you to provide cleaning equipment or products. If you have cleaning equipment or cleaning products for your preferred cleaning we will also use them instead. Place your cleaning items close to the entrance or in a visible area.

Do you wash windows?

Tidy Maid Cleaning Services can be bundled with window cleaning for Spring, Move-in, Move out and Deep Cleaning services for an additional fee. Our window cleaning feature is not included with regular cleaning services. Your windows must be accessible for bundled features to be added. Outdoor window washing isn't available at this time. We only provide indoor window washing for the services listed above.

If I do not cancel my appointment within 24 hours will there be a charge?

You will incur a cancellation fee of $75 if your cancellation isn't called in within 24 hours of your scheduled service date. We ask our customers to provide us with adequate cancellation timing to prevent scheduling conflicts. Our cleaners prepare themselves in advance for your cleaning in-home or office by gathering products and equipment needed for your cleaning. It would not be fair to our cleaners to arrive on the day of cleaning to be sent home.

Do you offer green cleaning or have eco-friendly products?

We have teams that do 100% green cleaning. You can request your green cleaning with a Tidy Maid Cleaning Service representative. Our green cleaning team will clean with green cleaning products for no additional charge.

Do you wipe walls down?

Tidy Maid Cleaning Service will wipe tiles on walls in bathrooms and kitchen backsplash on walls. We also do spot cleaning of walls for Move-in, Move out services only. This feature isn't available for regular cleaning services.

How do I sign up for recurring service?

At the time of your assessment walk-through, a Tidy Maid representative will assess your cleaning needs. Our representative will discuss with you your cleaning preferences. If your preference selection was Single Cleaning Only at the time of your assessment or recurring cleaning you are all set. If you are unsure about your cleaning preference please call when ready. Tidy Maid Cleaning Service offers weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cleaning.

Is a long-term contract required for service?

Our services are provided as needed to suit your busy lifestyle. There are no long-term contracts or obligations required. There's only a service agreement form to be filled out online to confirm the service you requested along with your priced service fee.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Tidy Maid Cleaning Service accepts payments from recognizable companies such as Square credit card proccessor, Cash App, and Zelle. The companies listed above are known and used widely by millions of customers and business owners. The payment methods provided are private and secure. You can pay for your cleaning services with one of our accepted payment methods or in person. You have the option to pay in advance. You can also pay on the day of your cleaning. Is tip included?

There's no obligation to provide tips for our cleaning services. You can tip if you are satisfied with the cleaning services provided by your cleaning crew.

Do you dust ceiling fans?

Tidy Maid Cleaning Services provides ceiling fan cleaning as an add on feature. This feature will require an additional fee for each ceiling fan needed to be cleaned.

Does someone need to be at the location when we clean?

In fact, many clients prefer to give us a key so we can clean while they are away. All customer keys are given a code designation and secured when not in use. If you wish to hide a key on your premises, call the office with the location so we can notify the team prior to their arrival.
