THIS GENERAL SERVICE AGREEMENT IS BETWEEN TidyMaid Cleaning Services, LLC and our customers who approve cleaning services at their home, office, commercial or rental properties. THIS AGREEMENT IS MADE BETWEEN"SERVICE PROVIDER: TidyMaid Cleaning Services" AND THE SIGNEE HEREIN REFERRED TO AS "CUSTOMER"
Service Provider has agreed to provide services to the Customer on the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement, while Customer is of the opinion that Service Provider has the proper and necessary qualifications, experience and abilities to provide services to Customer.
Therefore, in consideration of the matters described above, the receipt and sufficiency of which consideration is hereby acknowledged, the Customer and the Service Provider agree as follows:
1. Scope of Work
The Service Provider is to provide the Customer with the agreed-upon cleaning services (the "Services"). The services will include any other tasks which the Customer and the Service Provider may agree on.
2. Term of Agreement
This Agreement will begin on the agreed upon date below and will remain in full force and effect until the completion of the Services. This Agreement may be extended by mutual verbal agreement of the parties.
If either party seeks termination of this Agreement, the terminating party must provide a 48-hour notice to the other party.
The Customer will provide compensation to the Service Provider of the below listed amount for the services rendered by the Service Provider as required by this Agreement. Compensation is payable before cleaning begins. Payment can be made the day before cleaning or on the day of cleaning.
5. Customer Obligations Prior to Services
The Customer will ensure that the area to be serviced is prepared at the time of the arrival of the Service Provider. This includes moving any heavy items away from baseboards/floors/hard to reach areas that are to be cleaned, clothes and personal items are removed from service area, and pets contained.
The Service provider is not responsible for the cleaning/removal of any biohazard materials including but not limited to urine, feces, vomit, and blood.
7. Extreme Weather
All services are subject to extreme weather conditions. The Service Provider observes the right to reschedule services in lieu of unsafe travel conditions.
8. Social Media
No photos/videos will be taken inside the service area unless permitted via a signed Social Media Consent form or text communication stating it's OK for us to take pictures.
Payment is due the day before cleaning or on the day of cleaning before cleaning begins. Payments types collected are Zelle, Cash App, and Credit Card Payments.
10. Service Window
The time quoted for services may be subject to a 2-hour window in order to account for other appointments, road conditions, etc. If that's the case we will notify you in a timely manner.
